Staying productive and motivated throughout the day can be hard, so I created this printable daily planner with time slots so you can easily plan all the details of your day!
This printable daily planner has a time slot schedule on the left side that goes from 5am to 10pm. On the right side, you’ll find spaces to write your to do list, top priorities and notes. It has everything you need for creating a thorough plan for your busy day.
This printable daily planner page is such a great way to stay organized and productive. Plus, the colors and designs are super cute and fun to use! I included 10 beautiful color variations (including plain). Feel free to pick your favorite one or use multiple colors for different days.
What is a printable daily planner with time slots?
A printable daily planner with time slots is a template you can use to schedule your full day, hour-by-hour.
The one I created has a 5am – 10pm hourly schedule on the left side. These time slots are perfect for scheduling your day down to the minor details so you can stay as organized as possible.
This printable daily planner will help you…
- Stay productive on a busy day
- Use your time wisely and efficiently
- Avoid overbooking or underbooking your day
- Stay on top of important classes, meetings and appointments
Who wants the added stress of making sure you’re on time, not forgetting anything and going to all the right places on an already busy day? Using this template will give you a clear plan for the day so you can avoid being late, scheduling conflicts or any other mishaps.
How to use your printable daily planner
To use your daily planner page, simply write in your schedule for the day on the left side. Then, write in any notes, reminders or things you need to prioritize on the right side.
This daily planner page is perfect for scheduling a particularly busy day, but you can also use it to create your own planner. To do so, print out multiple planner pages, hole-punch them and add them to a binder or folder!
I created these daily planners with nice color schemes so they look great on their own. But if you’d like to keep a colorful theme going, I recommend planning out your day with these gel ink pens. Not only do the write beautifully, but the pens themselves are very cute!

Tips for planning your productive day
Make your goals clear and achievable. Achievable is key! If your most important tasks for the day are overwhelming, try breaking them down into smaller steps. This might mean having to set aside less urgent goals for another day, but it’ll allow you to complete your tasks thoroughly.
Create a schedule and stick to it. Using your favorite daily planner, write out your schedule so you have a solid, easy-to-reference blueprint for your day. Try to prioritize your tasks based on urgency. It’s always best to get the most important things done first!
Minimize distractions. Turn off your phone if you need to, use apps or software that keeps you from visiting social media for a certain amount of time and find a quiet place to work.
Don’t forget to take breaks. Breaks are just as important as the work you’re doing! Even just a simple, short stretching session or a walk in fresh air can be enough to feel recharged and ready to complete your tasks.
Reflect and review. At the end of the day, take some time to think about what you accomplished and what you can do differently the next day. Different things work for different people, so this is a great way to figure out what adjustments you can personally make to have a more productive day.
